Strongly recommend for a transient visit
Fantastic room, fantastic location, with a comfortable bed and effective air conditioning to ensure a pleasant night's sleep after a day of exploring the nearby attractions accessible via tram T1.
Absolutely satisfied.

Consider exploring nearby restaurants for breakfast. They offer a more diverse selection than the hotel.

The tram stops are very close and easy to use.
The room I stayed in was quite small, let alone two. The early morning noise from refuse lorries and street cleaners was bothersome, even with the double-glazed windows. The shower cubical was very small, difficult to shower comfortably without accidentally turning off the water.

Oif, right near the beach and proper central innit! The staff were well nice, makin' me feel at home. But blimey, the room was a bit noisy from the street at night. decent spot for a cheeky stay in Nice!

Perfect location for exploring Nice
I spent two nights in a Comfort Triple Room, perfectly situated close to the beach and surrounded by a plethora of restaurants. The room was clean and the air conditioning provided much-needed comfort during the warm weather. While the breakfast offered a good selection, I found other eateries nearby more appealing for my morning meals.

The room was pretty basic-just a bed and a tiny bathroom. It was spacious enough for a solo traveler but would probably feel cramped for two. No kettle for hot drinks, but they might help if you ask. The bed was fine, but the mattress was really firm. It had a bit of noise from the street, especially during peak hours. Not much in the way of amenities, just enough for a short stay.

The room was clean, yet the shower water was barely warm.

The location was ideal, surrounded by charming eateries and close to the beach. Enjoyed breakfast with a good basket of pastries. The room felt rather cramped for two and lacked basic amenities like a kettle. The firm mattress may not suit everyone, and street noise could be an issue at night.

Prime location just a short stroll from the beach and all the vibrant chaos of shops and eateries. Some rooms boast fantastic views, with larger accommodations offering generous space and comfortable beds.
Walls really thin, could hear every footstep and chatter from neighboring rooms. Definitely not for light sleepers. My room had a few quirks, like awkward bathroom layout and air conditioning that required manual fiddling to make it work. A shower that turned into a mini wet room due to seals missing. Found the doors to my balcony didn't seal well, letting in street noise and air leakage, which soaked up my zen.
